It’s been such a long time!

Hi everyone, and I’m so sorry it’s been this long since I’ve updated this site, blog posts, etc. Over the last 2yrs, I’ve been traveling in an RV, and leaving much of the hands-on, including deliveries, to my trusted manager Scott. I’m very happy that he serves all of you so well, and I hear about it after every rental. Keep the praises coming, please!

As you know, we had a little hurricane fallout from Nicole on Nov 11, 2022. This caused a severe amount of beach erosion, and what used to be high tide is our new low tide. High tide actually hits the wall! This is because we lost so much sand. I’m told as much as 8ft deep is gone. There is a very sad but true video on Youtube, shot by someone demonstrating just how much erosion we’ve experienced.

The reason I show this is to explain that beach rental business isn’t brisk right now. In fact, I’m not sure anyone can get much out of a walk on our beaches at the moment, so before you book, please ask the hotel about the beach access, tides, etc. After you’ve seen that video, you’ll understand why!
